Pokemon OC: Bluekiss- Diamond Dust Flurry

Behold, my very own Pokemon OC (finally), Bluekiss the Glaceon!

The title of the drawing is Diamond Dust Flurry, as you can see, there's a whole lot of sparkles surrounding Bluekiss and the white fog surrounding her that is in a swirling type of motion.
Well, that idea came from the Pokedex entry.
"By controlling its body heat, it can freeze the atmosphere around it to make a diamond-dust flurry."

So I thought, why not get some ideas from the pokedex entries and put it to some good use?
